When renting a vehicle and using your Credit / Debit Card, we will be charging your account for the estimated charges of Time, Optional Coverage & any Moving Accessories Plus a $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollar) fee that Mileage, Fuel & any Overtime charges will be processed from. If you wish to extend your rental at a later date we must be able to charge your account for the amount of the extension. Once you return the rental vehicle a credit will be issued, it will be up to the processor and your bank as to how long it takes before the funds are available in your account. This could take up to 10 working days. Thrifty does not give Cash Refunds on Credit Cards and cannot assume any responsibility for your account balance or fees.
