When renting a vehicle using your Credit or Debit Card the following will happen:
We will be authorizing your account for the estimated charges of Time, Estimated Mileage, Optional Coverage, Taxes, and any Additional Accessories PLUS an additional security deposit of up to $300.00 to cover Fuel, Overtime Charges, Excess Mileage past the estimate, Toll Charges, etc. If you wish to extend your rental past the initial return date & time, we must be able to authorize your account for the extension including the additional deposit of up to $300.00. Upon return of your rental, we will process the actual amount owed on your card. It can take up to 10 business days for the correct amount to process and for the remaining balance to be back in your account. We cannot give cash refunds on credit / debit cards, and we assume no responsibility for your account balance, bank fees or additional charges to your account due to the rental.
