We rented a passenger van for a winery tour day for a friend's birthday. I split the DD duty so our friends would be safe. The location was clean, the staff was friendly, and the van was great. Plenty of room for everyone and super clean. It drove well and got decent MPG surprisingly. Would rent from them again for sure.

This is my second experience renting through Sternberg Truck and Van Rental. They have an extremely friendly staff, they take the time to explain everything to you and their vehicles are clean and well kept. This is always a smooth rental process with that piece of mind that you are using dependable vehicles.

Vans are clean we'll maintain staff is great this is the 2nd time I've rented vans for them and had 0 problems they return your deposit at a timely fashion explain everything to the best of the ability so you would know what you're getting into 2 vehicles are easy to drive head 12 passenger Van

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Sternberg! The van was clean and as described, the price was reasonable and it was hassle free from rental to return. I really can't say enough nice things and would recommend them to anyone, I look forward to working with them again!

In October 2019, my Ragnar team ran the Ragnar Bourbon Chase. We use a 15 passenger van from Sternberg Truck and Van Rental. When I returned home to Minnesota, I realized I had left my iPad somewhere in Kentucky. Within a week, Brian Sternberg emailed me to say my iPad was found in a company van and he graciously offered to mail it to me. That is AAA++ customer service and I am so grateful. Thank you! .

The best truck rental place in the city. No hidden costs, No hassle at all. Beverly is the lady I usually speak with and she has gone beyond the call of duty several times for me, even when I was a new customer. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating.
